Join us for the inaugural weekend of Season 1: Seed | Bloom | Flight. On Saturday, May 30th, we present a mentorship day to foster the next generation of performers, followed by a professional piano trio concert on Sunday, May 31.

  • In partnership with Music Matters Lab Collective, our Saturday event focuses on mentorship and the energy of emerging talent. We invite the public to witness the talent of middle school and high school students as they present a concert based on the theme “Seed.”

  • Guests are invited to experience Faraway Farm through a guided tour, encountering the animals up close and learning how regenerative practices sustain the land.

  • Join us for our flagship performance of the “Seed” cycle.

    The opening season concert, SEED, centers on the theme of emergence: the unfolding of musical ideas, the first burst of life, and the question of how to reckon with new life in an age of climate uncertainty.

Concerts are held in The Barn at Faraway Farm Alpacas (1307 Baptist Church Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY).

Transportation: Faraway Farm Alpacas is accessible from New York City via Metronorth, from Grand Central to Croton-on-Hudson.

Parking: Available onsite for free.

Accessibility: The Barn is accessible, and designated paths for the farm tour can accommodate mobility devices. Please contact us for specific accommodation requests.

Sustainability Initiative: Those arriving by carpool (3+) receive a compost token from the farm, and all audiences receive a complimentary packet of seeds.
